In a bowl, add boiled, peeled potatoes and mashed them
Add onion, turmeric, chilli powder, chat masala, salt, ginger garlic paste to smashed potatoes
The mixture should be thick and sticky and no water should be present
Knead the wheat dough and make medium size balls.
Stuff the potato mixture in the dough and roll the ball with light pressure
And cook the paratha on Tawa with oil or ghee
Serve paratha with ketchup, chutney, dahi
